We have developed a curriculum with core competencies that fit the needs of the modern school aged child. During these times we are adapting our child development program to facilitate your child’s distance learning environment.

During Summer Camp, groups are engaged in Tae Kwon Do twice a week, go on a cool field trip everyday, and have activities scheduled for every moment in between. Lunch and afternoon snack is provided. Our focus is on providing an all inclusive program that develops the whole child.
Leading with the tenets of Tae Kwon Do regarding Integrity, Respect, and Self Control, 25+ year Master John Aleman has made self-defense a foundation of Kid Fit. From the youngest beginner to the most skilled fighters, Master Aleman has trained them all. Unlock your true potential at one of our night classes or during a private lesson.

Our family's traditional Three-Pronged Approach focuses on the mental, physical, and spiritual fitness of our kids. Established in 1992, Kid Fit has served the West Houston area for over 25 years.

TAE KWON DO
Mr. Aleman has taught hundreds of students over his 25 years in the martial arts industry and has led students to compete in all levels of competition including Local, State, National, and Junior Olympic tournaments. His program will provide you a complete look into the world of Tae Kwon Do and a great experience that you will never forget.
